Symptom
Connection errors occur with RabbitMQ if OnGuard is installed on a system before the Prism client is installed.
Resolution
To avoid connections errors with RabbitMQ, install the Prism client first, and then install OnGuard.

OnGuard 7.5 and 7.5 Update 1
Additional Information
This issue only occurs for a new Prism client installation, and not on a system where Prism client is already installed.
