Symptom
The client is unable to receive the status of controllers in Controller Monitor and the Diagnostic Viewer displays the following error:
"Failed Attempt To Create Remote Instance Of System Manager with HResult = 0"
Resolution
This is caused by a DNS issue. Consult onsite IT support.
