How to determine the maximum number of simultaneous OnGuard users

How to determine the maximum number of simultaneous OnGuard users or the current number of users connected to the system

Procedure Steps

To determine the number of users who can access OnGuard applications simultaneously or the current number of users connected:

1) Start License Administration.

2) Log into License Administration.

3)
Click on View and scroll down to the section labeled "Access Control."

The applications are listed, along with the count for simultaneous users. The maximum number determines the number of users that can be logged into any of these applications at the same time.

The column In Use/Max shows the number of current connections (In Use) and the maximum connections allowed (Max)

Example:

If the maximum number for System Administration is four, and the maximum number for Alarm Monitoring is four, that means four users can be logged into System Administration at the same time that there are four users logged into Alarm Monitoring. If there is one user logged into both System Administration and Alarm Monitoring, it counts as one for each of the applications. This means that three users will be able to log into System Administration and three users will be able to log into Alarm Monitoring.
